Trustpilot is a great company to do reviews with and you can trust the reviews you&#8217;re reading. If you are unsure about something to buy it is so useful to check all the reviews on trustpilot for honest. I like that I can look up reviews about a company and make my own review, whether its a good or bad service. Then support reached out, claiming their \u201csystems\u201d flagged my reviews as fake and took them offline. We have guidelines for both reviewers and businesses, and we communicate this in the Action We Take, which maintains a balance between openness and fairness.<\/p>\n<h2>Based on these reviews<\/h2>\n<p>But with scale, technology, and responsibility on our side, we believe trust can continue to thrive. Our vision to be the universal symbol of trust has never been more urgent, or more relevant. We are living through a period of rapid change, where artificial intelligence is transforming how people access, interpret, and act on information. Following the passage of the law, we have been supporting the work of the Competition &amp; Markets Authority as it develops guidance to accompany the <a href=\"https:\/\/forexbroker-listing.com\/pepperstone\/\">pepperstone forex<\/a> application of the law, which came into force in April 2025. Information on this can be found in our Action We Take policy, and we remove and block these types of businesses from Trustpilot. If warnings, formal cease and desist letters, and downgrading of functionality are ignored, and a business continues to breach our guidelines, we will place a publicly visible Consumer Warning on its profile page. If a business has received a warning and shows no signs of stopping its misuse, we will follow up with a formal notice, requesting that they immediately stop the offending actions. Our Content Integrity, Fraud &amp; Investigations, and Legal Teams work collectively, as part of the Trust team, to safeguard the integrity of our platform.<\/p>\n<h2>Invite reviews<\/h2>\n<p>If any business \u2013 whether they pay us or not \u2013 believes a review isn\u2019t real then they can flag it for review. These reviews exist because nobody can pay us to delete or downrank criticism. Right now, there are well over 17 million 1-star reviews of paying customers, live on Trustpilot, and that number keeps growing as Trustpilot grows.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. Never been let down and often wish I&#8217;d read their content before embarking on my &#8220;regrettable&#8221; purchases! It was a parcel delivery company. Each consumer owns their reviews, and they are the only ones able to edit or delete them.<\/p>\n<p>TRemoving reviews without any contact or discussion does nothing to install trust in Trustpilot, especially when Trustpilo&#8230; Its good but you should put reviews on the companies home pages in date order NOT loading the 5 star reviews first as this gives a incorrect current position. I always look at their reviews from their customers and look out for companies to avoid. Trust pilot provides a trustworthy platform to get your voice out there about service providers you use. I left reviews for several services I genuinely use.
